Mark brings more than 40 years of leadership experience across corporate and industrial manufacturing environments. His career includes service in the U.S. Army as both an enlisted Soldier and officer, along with leadership experience within major organizations including Thomson Consumer Electronics, Pepsi, Johnson & Johnson, The Hershey Company, New World Pasta, and Riviana Foods.
His expertise spans talent acquisition, training and development, organizational effectiveness, change management, workforce assessment, and operations.
